Spam Musubi

Yesterday I was hanging out with Linda and we were trying to decide what to make for lunch. She said she would make some rice (she's Chinese, so it's to be expected) hahaha, and so the lazy part of my brain went into action. I decided I'd make some spam musubi.

Busted out the SPAM (did you all know that the tiny island of GUAM, state of Hawaii and CNMI are the highest consumer of Spam per capita, amazing. Or better known as the "Hawaiian steak". Also in 2002 (7 years ago) the 6 billionth can of spam was sold. )

sliced her up, wrapped with rice in some seaweed...and voila.....tasty treat for lunch.
